CfMSS is pleased to dedicate this meeting on Tuesday afternoon, April 8,
2008 to the Maritime Mission from St. Johns, Newfoundland. The meeting
will be held in Bldg. 176 (Suite 106) at 2590 Truxton Rd.
All paid attendees
of the CfMSS meeting are also invited to attend the 5-7:30 pm reception
that will begin immediately following the meeting. Exhibits from the
participating Canadian companies will be on display during the reception.
Topic: "The St. John’s, NL Maritime Cluster—a leading maritime center in Canada
reaching across the world"
Panel Discussion: Participants will be representatives of nine private companies,
one marine institute and several government and non-profit organizations.
Cost: $25 through April 4 and $30 thereafter via PayPal on the CfMSS website. Space permitting, walk-ins will be allowed — payments at the door must be BY CHECK ONLY made out to “The Security Network”.
This meeting is dedicated to showcasing companies and opportunities possible working
with these leading Canadian maritime companies in "Promoting Maritime Business
and Security". In addition, Mr. Les O’Reilly, Executive Director of OceansAdvance, and
Mr. Dwight Howse, Head of the School of Ocean Technology at the Marine Institute of
Memorial University, one of the leading maritime research centers in Canada, will make
short presentations on their organizations and their international outreach.
IMPORTANT NOTE — The Security Network is arranging meetings for the Canadian
companies on Wednesday, April 9 and Thursday, April 10. Details on the Canadian
